Davao

T'boli Weaving Center: It's a must visit for those who want to discover the rich cultural heritage of Philippines. Here, the tribal women in colorful attire weave cloth from the fibers of the native abaca plant. These clothes are then colored with root and mud dyes and finally woven with the intricate figures and patterns, depicting the folklore and region of the tribe.

Mount Apo: Mt. Palawan Beaches

Palawan is an island province of the Philippines located in the Western Visayas Region. Its capital is Puerto Princesa City and it is the largest province in terms of land area. The islands of Palawan stretches from Mindoro to Borneo in the southwest. It lies between the South China Sea in the northwest and Sulu Sea in the southeast.

The province is named after its largest island, Palawan Island.
El Nido Lagen Resort & El Nido Miniloc Resort - From Taytay, northwest of the main land, is the El Nido group of islands in Bacuit Bay. These are accessible from Manila by direct flights to several airstrips in the area. El Nido is a marine sanctuary that will excite snorkelers and experienced divers alike. Its unspoiled sand coves lying beneath towering island cliffs and surrounding clear waters are just part of its beauty. El Nido's island resort offers luxury amidst magical beauty. The plane ride from Manila to El Nido takes about two hours.

Club Noah Isabelle - Farther to the northeast, about two hours away by jeep, is Taytay town, Palawan's old capital. More island-hopping and snorkeling opportunities are in store for visitors. Taytay Bay features several islands with unspoiled virgin forests. One of the most beautiful islands in the bay is Apulit Island, about two hours by boat from Taytay. Apulit is an ideal romantic paradies that offers air conditioned cabanas and diving facilities. Its tranquil and enchanting serenity also make it a perfect holiday hideaway. Apulit can be reached by turboprop direct from Manila via Sandoval airport. The flight takes 90 minutes with a short land and sea transfer.

Club Paradise - On the northeastern part of Palawan is the Calamian group of islands whose main islands are Busuanga, Coron, and Culion. A collection of picturesque islands each with a white sand beach, the islands actually sit atop vast coral reefs. This is why the Calamians are favored by many divers for their underwater adventures. Travelers should also grab the opportunity to see the islands by boat. North of Busuanga is Calauit, the country's sanctuary for wild African animals and rare endemic Philippine animals such as the bearcat and mousedeer. To get to the Calamians, a plane can be taken from Manila to Busuanga. Short land transfers then take visitors to the destination of their choice.
