III. BOA-BOAHAN FESTIVAL
May 1 Nabua, Cam. Sur

A colorful cultural festival of pagan origin. Derived from the dialect,” alinsangan”, a word that describes the characteristics of the people living in the early settlements. It is a festival showing fertility and thanksgiving.

IV. MAY ILAOUD FESTIVAL

A summer festival to commemorate the Foundation Anniversary and Feast Day of St. Joseph the Worker. Various colorful activities are featured to boost local tourism.

V. TANGYAN FESTIVAL
May 1- May 7 Igbaras, Iloilo

An emerging festival in Iloilo, the cultural presentation dwells on the significant role of Tangyan River to the municipality with basis on history and function. Considered as a major watershed area of the town, the river serve as a water source for domestic, agricultural and commercial purposes.
